By combining advanced control algorithms, high-resolution encoders and intelligent tuning tools. This combination enables faster machine response and more stable operation in demanding automation environments.
The system achieves a velocity response frequency of up to 4.0 kHz, maximum motor speeds up to 7150 r/min. A 27-bit encoder resolution enables extremely smooth and accurate positioning. Improved vibration suppression and optimized control cycles further enhance motion stability and processing quality.
Commissioning and optimization are simplified through three automatic tuning modes.
These include Tuning-Free, One-Minute Tuning, and precAIse tuning. The precAIse tuning mode uses AI-based technology for high-precision parameter optimization.
The MINAS A7 servo platform also integrates monitoring and data logging functions, allowing fast diagnostics and early detection of performance deviations. This helps reduce downtime and supports predictive maintenance strategies.
With communication options including EtherCAT and RTEX, the MINAS A7 series provides a flexible and powerful solution for a wide range of industrial motion control and automation applications.
